- Remembering the Seven-Day Team Building Tour in Fujian

During the busy work break, the company carefully organized a seven-day team-building trip to Fujian. Fujian, a magical land where mountains and seas blend, has both the romantic seaside style of Xiamen, the mysterious ancient charm of Zhangzhou Tulou, and the beautiful landscapes of Wuyi Mountain. With anticipation and yearning for this journey, our entire team embarked on this trip to Bamin full of surprises and joy.

Zhangzhou Yunshui Ballad: Feeling Poetry and Tranquility

We set off from Xiamen to Zhangzhou Yunshuimao. Along the way, the scenery outside the window gradually changed from a bustling city to a quiet countryside, with rolling mountains and green fields, which made people feel particularly comfortable. After arriving at Yunshuimao, it was as if you had crossed into a paradise. The clear stream passed through the village, the ancient banyan trees by the stream were lush and green, and the huge canopy was like a large green umbrella to block us from the sun. The water wheel slowly rotated, making a squeaking sound, as if telling an ancient story.

We strolled on the bluestone road, admiring the tulou along the way. Huaiyuan Building is one of the better preserved. Entering the building, the central ancestral hall carved beams and paintings are simple and elegant.

Exploring Tianluokeng: Marveling at the Architectural Wisdom of Tulou

We set off from Yunshui Ballad to Tianluokeng Tulou Group. Take a scenic sightseeing car and walk along the winding mountain road. After a while, the famous "Four dishes and one soup" appeared in front of them. Looking down from the observation deck, five earth buildings were scattered in the mountains, with the square Buyun Building in the center, surrounded by the circular Zhenchang Building, Ruiyun Building, Hechang Building and the oval Wenchang Building. They were like blooming plum blossoms dotted on the ground, and because of their appearance, they were vividly called "four dishes and one soup".

Walking into the tulou, touching the ancient walls and feeling the traces of time, everyone was amazed by the architectural wisdom of the tulou. In Yuchang Tower, we saw the peculiar staggered pillars. This tulou built in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties, after hundreds of years of wind, rain and earthquakes, it still stands, which is called an architectural miracle.

Xiamen: Exploring the Blending of Nature and History

We first came to Xiamen Garden and Botanical Garden, which is renowned as The park of the "Green Museum" is like a slowly unfolding ecological picture. Stepping into the park, everyone can't wait to explore the mysteries of different plant areas. In the succulent plant area, the cacti and succulents of different shapes attracted the attention of many colleagues. Everyone picked up their mobile phones, took selfies alone, or took group photos in groups of three or five, and recorded the beautiful moments with these "cute" plants. In the tropical rainforest area, the fog is shrouded, and the sun shines through the dense branches and leaves, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. Team members cooperate with each other to help adjust the angle and light, and take beautiful photos one by one, and the laughter echoes in the forest.

After leaving the botanical garden, we went to the Hulishan Battery. The ancient battery stood quietly by the sea, telling the vicissitudes of history. The team members visited the battery in an orderly manner, listened to the docent tell the magnificent historical story, and felt the heroic spirit of the ancestors to defend their country. Standing on the battery, looking out into the distance, the sea is endless, and the sea breeze is blowing, which makes people feel overwhelmed.

Wuyi Mountain: Indulge in the landscape

On the morning of the fourth day, we set off towards Wuyi Mountain Tianyou Peak in the face of the rising sun. The steep stone steps snaked up, like a ladder to the clouds. The team members rubbed their hands and encouraged each other to start this challenging climbing journey. Some people took the lead and explored the way ahead; some people were slightly weaker, and immediately someone by their side slowed down and accompanied them forward. When we finally reached the top of Tianyou Peak, we overlooked Jiuqu Creek winding like a belt, the mountains were undulating, and the sea of clouds was surging under our feet. Everyone was shocked by the magnificent scenery in front of them, and excited cheers echoed in the mountains.

After descending from Tianyou Peak, we headed to One Line Sky. The narrow stone crevices allowed only one person to pass sideways, and the sky above the head shone with a ray of light, bringing a touch of coolness and mystery. Team members lined up in an orderly manner, moving forward cautiously, reminding each other from time to time to pay attention to the safety of their feet.

Then we came to Tiger Roar Rock. Legend has it that the mountain breeze passes through the cave, and the sound is like the roar of a tiger, hence the name. Standing under the rock, feeling the mountain breeze passing by, as if a tiger was really roaring in the mountains. Climbing along the mountain path, the strange pine rocks along the way are dizzying.

Leaving Tiger Roar Rock, I saw the Jade Woman Peak standing by the Jiuqu River in the distance. The iconic peak of Wuyi Mountain is like a graceful girl, looming in the clouds.

As night fell, we watched the large-scale landscape live performance "Impression Dahongpao" together. The 360-degree rotating auditorium slowly started, and the Dawangfeng and Yunvfeng of Wuyi Mountain turned into natural curtains, instantly bringing us into a fantastical world of tea. The performance was guided by tea, and through various art forms such as dance, martial arts, and tea art, the tea culture and legends of Wuyi Mountain were told. When the actors dressed in fancy clothes danced in the mountains and rivers, interpreting the hard work of Wuyi Mountain tea farmers and their love for tea, everyone in the team was immersed in it, shocked by this beautiful audio-visual feast.

On the fifth day, we took a bamboo raft down the river and swam Jiuqu Creek. The water was clear to the bottom, and you could see the sand and stones at the bottom and the small fish swimming happily. The bamboo raft slowly moved forward in the stream of Jiuqu and eighteen bends, with strange peaks on both sides of the banks, and each corner had a different scenery. As the rafters rowed the bamboo rafts, they told the stories of the scenic spots along the way, and we listened with relish and laughed at the interesting legends from time to time.

After the bamboo raft rafting, we went to visit the Dahongpao mother tree with reverence. Along the mountain path and through the dense woods, we finally saw the six Dahongpao mother trees growing on the cliffs. They have weathered hundreds of years of wind and rain, and they are still lush with foliage and exude unique charm. Listening to the tour guide explain the legendary story of the Dahongpao mother tree, we were in awe of this land that breeds magical tea leaves and the tea culture behind it. Everyone gathered together, savoring the Dahongpao brewed by themselves, and the tea fragrance was overflowing, as if the spiritual energy of Wuyi Mountain was integrated into this cup of fragrant tea.

Epilogue: Return with harvest and friendship

In the next few days, we had some free activities in Xiamen. At the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in Xiamen, we tasted a variety of Hokkien specialty snacks, each bite was authentic Hokkien flavor, and everyone sat around and shared the joy of delicious food.

The seven-day team building trip in Fujian ended successfully with laughter and laughter, and we embarked on the return journey with full harvest and friendship. This trip, we not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Fujian, but more importantly, enhanced the understanding and trust among team members during the journey, and enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. I believe that in the future work, our united team will be like the mountains and rivers of Fujian. No matter what challenges we encounter, we can work together to create more brilliant results. Looking forward to setting off again with our team partners next time!
