After busy work, we embarked on a team-building trip to Fujian to enhance team cohesion. From the romantic seaside in Xiamen to the mysterious tulou in Tianluokeng, from the long-lasting ancient rhyme of Yunshui Ballad to the magnificent landscape of Wuyi Mountain, laughing and harvesting along the way, this journey has become a precious shared memory for us.
When the plane slowly landed at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, we finally set foot on this land full of romance and poetry. The next morning, we departed from Xiamen for Tianluokeng and Yunshui Ballad. After a few hours of driving, we finally arrived at Tianluokeng. From a distance, the "four dishes and one soup" tulou group was like a beautiful picture scroll unfolding in front of us. The five tulou are scattered high and low, and they are dense and dense. When viewed from a height, it looks like a blooming plum blossom dotting the earth; when looked up, it looks like a "palace" built on the mountain. When we carefully walked into Yuchang Tower, the rough but warm ancient walls seemed to tell the story of the years silently. Listening to the tour guide's account of the hardships and wisdom of our ancestors in building earth buildings, we seemed to have traveled through time and space and returned to that magnificent period of history.
Leaving Tianluokeng, we came to Yunshuiyao Ancient Town. A thousand-meter ancient plank road paved with cobblestones runs through the ancient town, flanked by quaint folk houses and earthen buildings. The first thing that comes into view is the waterwheel banyan tree, which is the landmark landscape of the ancient town. Everyone strolled down the cobblestone path, feeling the tranquility and peace here, stopping to take pictures from time to time, freezing framing this beautiful moment into eternity. In the evening, full of memories and touches, we returned to Xiamen, sitting around the table, enjoying a sumptuous dinner together, sharing what we had seen and heard all day, and laughter echoed in the restaurant for a long time.
The third day of the itinerary was like a colorful urban adventure. We first stepped into the Xiamen Garden Botanical Garden, which seemed to be a green treasure house carefully carved by nature. In the succulent plant area, succulent plants of various shapes are cute, some like round balls, some like blooming flowers. In the tropical rainforest area, tall trees block the sky, vines are entangled, and fog is shrouded, as if we were in a real tropical rainforest. Leaving the botanical garden, we came to the Huli Mountain Battery. This battery, which was built in the 20th year of Qingguangxu, is known as the "Bamin Gate, Tiannan Lock and Key". Entering the battery, ancient cannons stand majestically, as if telling the story of the war in the past. In the evening, we took the high-speed rail to Wuyi Mountain to start a new chapter in our journey.
On the fourth day we officially stepped into the secret realm of Wuyi Mountain. Tianyou Peak towered into the clouds, and the steep stone steps seemed to pierce the sky. Everyone encouraged each other to climb up one step at a time. Sweat soaked our clothes, and we felt tired, but when we finally reached the summit, the scenery in front of us was shocking. The undulating peaks were looming in the clouds, and Jiuqu River was like a green ribbon, winding between the mountains, like a fairyland. All the exhaustion turned into amazement and joy at this moment. At night, we gathered at the performance site of "Impression Dahongpao". With the mountains and rivers of Wuyi Mountain as the natural stage, the moment the lights came on, it seemed to open a door to the world of tea culture. The wonderful performances of the actors combined the breadth of tea culture on the fifth day, with the perfect integration of sophistication and art, allowing us to appreciate the unique cultural charm of Wuyi Mountain in the changing light and shadow, and enjoy a heart-shaking audio-visual feast.
On the fifth day, the long-awaited Jiuqu Creek rafting finally arrived. More than 40 people were divided into several groups and boarded the quaint bamboo rafts. The bamboo rafts slowly drove into Jiuqu Creek, the stream was clear to the bottom, and the colorful pebbles were looming in the water. The peaks on both sides of the banks were undulating, with different shapes, some like mighty generals, some like eagles spreading their wings. We enjoyed the picturesque scenery while chatting with the funny boatman and listening to him tell the legend of Jiuqu Creek. Finally, we came to the scenic spot of the Dahongpao Mother Tree. The Dahongpao Mother Tree grows on the high rock cliffs of the Jiulong Nest, Tianxin Rock, Wuyi Mountain. It has a history of more than 360 years and is known as the "King of Tea". From a distance, several tea trees grow on the steep rock walls. We listened to the tour guide tell the legendary story of Dahongpao and felt the profound tea culture.
On the morning of the sixth day, we took the high-speed train back to Xiamen. During the free time of the afternoon, many people chose to go to Gulangyu Island. Stepping onto this small island full of literary atmosphere, it was like entering a world where time intertwined. In the narrow winding alleys, historical buildings of various styles stood quietly, and the Gothic spires and Baroque reliefs told the glory of the past.
The moment of parting came quietly. We boarded the itinerary back to Baoji with full of memories and reluctance. Through the porthole, we watched Xiamen gradually shrink until it disappeared into the clouds. This team building trip to Fujian, we not only experienced the beautiful scenery of Fujian, but also enhanced the feelings between the team members. More than 40 people walked hand in hand, laughing together, exploring together, and overcoming difficulties together. These beautiful moments are like bright stars, shining in our memory forever. Looking forward to the next time, we will join hands again to start a new exciting journey!
