PS plate is a kind of aluminum plate coated with photosensitive material required by the printing industry. Its surface should be treated before coating. The treatment process conditions are 30%H₂SO₄ (mass fraction), 40 ° C, 7000~ 10000A/m². With the development of the printing industry, laser typesetting technology is increasingly developed, and the domestic demand for PS plate is also increasing. At present, most of the PS plate bases use thin aluminum plates. Through electrolytic oxidation and other treatment processes of the aluminum plate, it becomes a PS plate for the printing industry. The aluminum plate needs to be cleaned before electrolytic oxidation treatment. The surface cleaning process uses DC electrolytic cleaning with sulfuric acid. The cathode is the aluminum plate to be treated, and the anode material is the titanium anode (DSA anode) with high electrocatalytic activity. Under its process conditions, the titanium anode can produce 120~ 1.50 million m² PS plate.
